It is alive!! Really! It gets you and - whoosh - you're addicted. You're not yet? Get the hell out of here, it'll save you a lot of time and money. Well, money... I guess that depends on what you'd be doing instead. But definately time.
I consider myself a internetty. I once woke up and forgot what I dreamed. So I thought "Well, it doesn't matter. I can just look it up in the cache." For a second I thought that might be scary. But not really for long. 'Cause actually I like it. Like smoking. I like it, and that's why I'm doing it. Okay, what do I like? I like e-mailing, it's a lot more personal than chatting. The e-mail-language is really cool, much better than the snail-mail-lingo. You can get e-mails saying just sounds good or something. Show me the sail mail with that content. I like the little *g*'s and ;) and :-). I like TTYL and LOL. And CU. I admit, it's getting hard if someone writes a letter and ends with something like RLYSHYWS...
I love looking at great sites. Sometimes I don't even care what they are about, if they just look good. I love great graphics. And I LOVE creating pages and graphics. I love to play around photoshop, I have a gazillion downloaded plugins and actions so that I already have a problem remembering what each one was for... But still, I keep looking for more.
I want a faster connection. I want Yahoo! to update links. I don't want viruses. I want the universities' computer centers to be open 24 hours. I want a computer if I get there. I want more I-Café's. I want online time for free. I want software for free. You are politician and need votes? Promise all this and you'll get mine.

Okay, that's interesting, but where's the life, you might ask. Well. It's here. Everybody has moved into my world: The American President lives next door to Pooh the Bear and Dr. Seuss, Bill Gates is just a click apart from Doug and Carol from ER, Santa's here, and the Queen, Freddy Mercury and Diana will live forever. Just be open minded. Surf. Follow the links on other sites. Just click, be free to find cool sites. The best sites are free. The best sites are by people like you and me. Sure, it's nice to know where to find the latest .dll's, or information on the European Union, or when the trash gets collected in your street, but that's not really exciting. You're not interested in some Norvegian Poetry? So what? Follow that link, if someone said it's a good one. There might be a reason the person put the link there. You got nothing to loose, except some time, and thus maybe some money. Find your childhood heroes. Find your favourite tv-show, find those "Hi this is me and this is my dog"-sites, sometimes they're really good! Keep looking for people who have your interests, and for those who don't. Just ignore commercial banners and pop up windows. Send a letter to the person who says "Pippi is Evil". Or to the one who says "Pippi Rulez" Mail everybody. Tell them that their site is the greatest you've ever seen or write your site sucks - okay, don't write that. Oh, and sign guestbooks.

Well, I guess since you are reading this, you're on the right way. Happy Surfing! *gg*
